Firstly, we hope everyone has had a very enjoyable hiatus from the daily grind and has had their fill of things to eat and drink, friends, and family.
We are already kicking off the new year with a couple of shows lined up: we're back at Vapaan Taiteen Tila playing with Latvian sound artist Martins Rokis on January 16th. Details on the FB event here. For those of you who still haven't seen the space itself, it's a pleasure as both an audience member and performer to play in a space like that. On February 26th at 18:00 we have the pleasure of cozying up once again for a show at Arkadia International Bookstore, which was both a full house and a really fun time. It's a nice contrast from VTT to play a room that intimate, so expect that both shows will have quite a different feel from each other (and come out to both, of course!). Welcome to 2015, and see you all soon! What a wonderful experience it was to be able to play at Vapaan Taiteen Tila in Helsinki as the final act of the final concert of Sibelius's Centre for Music Technology 3rd annual MuTeFest. We were in very diverse, witty, and talented company. A huge thanks to everyone at Siba who helped organize this great event, and a thanks as well to Gabi Ju for the psychedelic photos. We have plans for more shows post-Christmas, and though the album is coming along slower than originally planned (as is always the case), we're shooting to have it completed by February 2015 and released on Xylem Records shortly thereafter. Until then, have a great December and see you in the New Year! 24.10.2014
